Online-enriched Microteaching (OMT) is a series of learning processes that are carefully designed and intensely implemented so that it will have an impact on quality basic teaching skills of the student teachers. The OMT emphasizes its training strongly on integrating skills of the 21st Century into traditional field microteaching. Appropriate number of practitioners and proper time involved constitutes another variable to be considered while harvesting the quality of the practices.
